The staff are very friendly. The location is great near public transport, restaurants, supermarkets etc great for families. The family room was huge. The room was cleaned and made up every day spotlessly. The only thing that took a while to get used to was 40 degree shower temperature but I get the reason behind it.

Mercure Hotel Berlin – Highly Recommended We had an amazing stay at the Mercure Hotel Berlin. The rooms were absolutely spotless, the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn’t have been more central for exploring the city. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice each morning. This hotel really made our trip and we’d happily stay again.

The room is spacious. Would be nice to have a fridge (I don't need minibar, but fridge can be useful). The lighting can be a bit more also. The staffs are mostly very friendly.
