We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

From checking in to leaving, the staff were exceptional. Great idea to have the option of having room cleaned at a time of our convenience or not since we had a 3 night stay. So no need to leave room early for cleaning.

I stayed at this hotel from Friday 13th September to Monday 16th September with my family from UK and Denmark. Everything about our stay at this Hotel was just perfect and amazing from very friendly and helpful staff to very clean and comfortable rooms. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in future and highly recommend this hotel!

From the staff to the hotel and bedrooms everything was excellent. Love the incentive that if you dont need your bedroom cleaned they offer you a snack or drink. Nice touches in the bedroom like tea/coffee maker, free water, safe, fridge and bathroom toiletries. All in all it was fabulous and highly recommend

Clean room and nice bathroom, but very worn and shabby carpet. Breakfast was good and a special plus for the samovar and small teapots for us non-coffee drinkers. A smell of sewage in the lifts and stair case.

Staff were lovely and accomidating, definitely not a four star hotel though. The property being in the east of berlin makes it not ideally located if youre hoping to do touristy activites( that is on myself for not checking the location) and the building itself might be more attractive with a pool or something. We had a comfortable stay but for the price paid i expected more.
