"Great place and great location near the airport. Convenient shuttle and friendly staff. The AC could have been stronger. The laundry facility is one washer and one dryer, and the dryer takes forever (3+ hours per load) to get the clothes dry. But overall, it’s a great hotel and highly recommended."

"We had a lovely stay at the Campanile. Excellent location for the old town and the station. The staff were lovely, especially the breakfast lady who was so cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, the only downside was the shower head which was nothing more than a dribble. Get that fixed and it would be a 5 star review."

"We felt well taken care of. After a long flight from Seattle the shuttle arrived shortly after our arrival for a quick and easy transport to hotel. The friendly staff quickly checked us in. The room was clean. We had plenty of water and snacks available at the lounge. We will stay here again"

"The hotel was beautiful! Location was amazing! Don’t even try to use a spa or a gym because the smell of bleach basically will kill you. And unless your room is facing the lake you will have no view whatsoever."
