"Location was great close to old town, shopping and numerous restaurants.Hotel breakfast was very good and convenient. Only bad experience was with the wheelchair that we needed to borrow as one of party members had a health issue come up during our 4 night stay. While the hotel had a wheelchair to use they didn’t have the footrests that go to the wheelchair. Using the wheelchair over cobblestone streets having to hold your feet up off the ground the whole time was physically trying for a 78 year old person who was already having issues. We mentioned it to the night front desk person upon returning from dinner because we wanted to use the wheelchair the next day, but he wasn’t very helpful or concerned about it, although we mentioned that we wanted to use it the next day. Sure enough when we checked the next morning nothing had been done to try and locate the footrests. Morning person said they had to wait for the valet person to come and check. After having breakfast still nothing had been done so our cousin spent the day in the hotel room.Arrangements for our airport transfer were excellent. The rooms were nice, slight issue with the tub/shower set up as the top of the tub is rather high to step into and out of and there are no hold bars to help you. The wheelchair accommodation was the only disappointment our group of 9 travelers had."
