"The room was renovated and clean. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles, milk and drink vouchers. Daily cleaning. Aircon works great. All the amenities we needed (minus a microwave) were provided in the room. Ample parking. 5min walk to the train station. At night, you can hear some road noise and music from downstairs, but it's not that loud. Ear plugs are provided. However, the beds were so comfortable that we had a good night's sleep. The beds had wheels and tended to move too much....

"The staff were very nice. The room is okay. The hotel isn’t not close to shops or restaurants . You need to pick up your luggage up a stairs to make it to an elevator/lift to get to the upper level to your room."

"Staff were nice. However the room looked clean but it was very dusty . If you are sensitive and have dust allergies like me, I do not recommend this place. We complained and they said they would send a maid but they never did. The tv remote didn’t work but they gave us new batteries instantly. We wanted to open the window because of the dust but it was jammed. They called a repairman immediately and it was fixed . Each level has one washing machine but you can only use the washing machine on...

"This hotel locates in a very nice neighborhood, bus stop and supermarket just steps away. Walk to the ferry terminal enjoying fantastic views on the way. Staff are very friendly. Bars and restaurant on the ground floor. Only not very convenient is sharing bathroom. But we managed well with it."

"Close to Macquarie Park transport more than Macquarie University We were on level 2 and the noise from the road made it really hard to sleep - hotel is on a downhill section of a main road before lights so trucks etc constantly braking. Was clean and fine - just noisy."
