A estadia ficou na média. Acredito que tem algumas coisas simples que podem ser melhoradas! Em se tratando de um flat poderia ter esponja, detergente e um pano de prato na acomodação, tudo isso não custa caro e é importante para quem está hospedado ! A cama não é king, colocaram dois colchões de solteiro e amarraram num lençol….

Pessimo hotel!

Eu quero registrar a minha insatisfação em ter estado hospedado em Bella Casa Flat Service. Os problemas começaram antes mesmo de eu chegar no hotel. Primeiro o endereço que consta no portal Hoteis.com é na Avenida Anchieta n º 3181 e no lugar tem uma padaria, onde a entrada do hotel está na rua lateral, fiquei contornando a avenida duas vezes ate encontrar o lugar. Depois de entrar no quarto, a tv não tinha os canais a cabo, somente os canais digitais de tv aberta. E o Wi-fi não funciona direito fica caindo a conexão várias vezes. O ar-condicionado não funciona, até liga, mas não esfria o ambiente.
