"The room was clean, but the bathroom was small and inconvenient. The water from the shower was overflowing onto the toilet floor. Parking was inconvenient. We had to take 2 different lifts to go from car park to reception. It was challenging to find the parking as well since there was no designated spot for hotel guests. We also had to validate our parking ticket everyday even though they said they had recording our plate number in the system, except for the last day. The staffs at the reception was not helpful and provides different information each time we asked. The staff also didn’t want to listen to our question / concern properly. This was the worst customer service experience that I ever had from the hotel staffs."

"The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety. The balcony with the view of the ocean was fantastic however, it was very loud at night with all the shows going on. Although the hotel was very convenient I would choose to stay somewhere quieter next time. Overall, the hotel was safe, convenient and had everything we needed. It was nice to be so close to all the stores and food restaurant choices and to have a grocery store located within the mall. I did find it difficult to get room service when I needed it however, there was one room service attendant, who was most helpful, a Filipino lady, who was very good about cleaning up after my son who became sick during our stay. I wish I could remember her name as I think she deserves a pay raise!"

"100% recommend Grande Florida. All the staff are amazing, and very accommodating to any requests. The rooms are clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. They have ample plates, cutlery, utensils and cookware, a full size fridge, microwave, jug, toaster, full size oven, washing machine and dryer. The rooms do come with a small amount of basic toiletries and cleaning supplies, however depending on the length of stay you will need to byo. The only negative thing I could say about our entire stay, was the mattresses are very hard, but depending on what firmness you prefer, that might not even be an issue. The pools and landscaped gardens are beautiful, and the free games room is an added bonus for the kids. They also have a vending machine with various drinks and snacks, all at the cheapest prices I’ve ever seen. The reception is well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need last minute, and also makes wonderful coffee. They also offer beach towel, bodyboard and surf board hire. The resort has its own beautiful private walkway that comes out straight across the road from the beach. I will definitely be returning again, and hopefully next time for longer, as our 5 nights was not enough to fully enjoy this beautiful resort and all it and the area have to offer. Thank you to all the Staff at Grande Florida, it was truly a beautiful home away from home."

"Room was clean , would of liked 2 armchairs, For one each of us.Breakfast was basic , no fried or poached eggs, Food was to cold for our liking.Baine Marie set two low. When the best was toast, I was expecting better. Windows around the dinning room all needed a good clean. The big glass doors at the south end were really bad. Parking was easy to access and close to elevators."
