"We were made to feel very welcome and special. All staff opened doors for us, asked how we were and made our stay very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand to help with any aspect of our trip. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and would welcome the opportunity to revisit. "
"I would stay again for it’s cleanliness, attentive staff, and location. The hotel is pretty basic and not many amenities but perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep after sight seeing all day. I’m fairly sensitive to odors and sounds and the rooms smelled clean and not a lot of noise from outside or other rooms. Bathrooms are TINY but this is the norm for Istanbul. "
"Fantastic hotel. It was clean, modern, within minutes of all so many major sites, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
It’s the perfect place for a first visit to Istanbul."
"This place was fantastic! Excellent location and very walkable to all great historical Istanbul structures . My favorite part of my trip was meeting morning and night with all the staff , everyone was so nice and kind . "

We had a great experience at the Ajwa hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is quiet and elegant, staff are polite and helpful, the hotel rooms are well maintained and staff are willing to provide a great service to meet all your needs. The quality of breakfast is superb! A big thank you to Abdul Rehman for all his efforts during breakfast every morning. We had a great stay at the Ajwa hotel, my only criticism is that I felt that the air conditioning in our room (207) wasn’t a five star hotel standard! When returning to our room after a day out in the scorching 36 degrees the AC was not sufficient to cool you down quickly. Also, if you have mobility issues then the location might not be for you but the rest is absolutely 5 stars. "
"Stayed for 5 nights together with my 17year-old daughter, first-time sightseeing tour in Istanbul. Wonderful hotel, amazing food, helpful staff, clean, best possible location for sightseeing and public transport...has a swimming pool, sauna, and steam room - all included, our room was quiet, no complains... can certainly recommend as a great family-friendly hotel."
"This hotel was great, excellent, helpful staff and clean rooms. I had a bit of a problem with the AC, but this was quickly addressed, and I am happy with the way that it was dealt with. The location is also excellent."
