Walls were paper thin. Heater was broken and we had to have it replaced. Blew out dry hot air and kept us up all night as there was no way to adjust between blasting heat or freezing cold. Holiday Inn & Suites Ocean City by IHG
Ocean city hotels are not the cleanest to be honest. The property was decent, across from Starbucks and is located on the boardwalk which is the huge plus. The view is amazing from the balcony and rooms were big comparing to other hotels. Clean - 3/5, staff 4/5, ocean view 5/5

Crystal Beach Hotel
No beach view. Terrible location of the room. Right by the elevator. So noisy. Looked out on another property. They wouldn’t let me move rooms. They said they were booked. This was not true. The location was pretty good.
