"I highly recommend this place, the customer service was amazing the size of the place it was spacious and clean. Is less than 5 miles from Water Country USA and super close to Bushgardens! We are a family of 3 with my husband and my 8 years old daughter and a baby boy on the way! And we loved the place! We are planning on coming back to this hotel in a couple months! ❤️"

"Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly... They even gave us extra time to check out the next day - the beds were so comfortable that I had a hard time getting my kids up in the morning. We will definitely stay more nights next time so that we can take advantage of all the amenities. Despite our quick trip we all had a great time. Even after we checked out we were able to explore the hotel and play in the arcade. We can't wait to stay there again, swim in the awesome pool, and dine in the beautiful restaurants!"

"We were upset when we first arrived to the hotel because there was such a large crowd of people hanging in the lobby and the front entrance, and the front desk staff seemed dismissive. We were worried about the noise and our safety. It turns out that there was a family reunion going on at the hotel. We decided to stay, and it turned out to be a good decision. The crowd eventually dissipated, and we warmed up to the staff. The room wasn't fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again."
