"The road to the condos is extremely treacherous. The staff at the restaurant was lovely but the food came out cold and most not edible. The staff was all so nice. It’s an old hotel and needs some tlc."

"One good thing, the room was clean. There is no one in the office at any time there is a number you can call but no actual person the hotel is supposed to have bagels and oatmeal and light breakfast but nothing was available either morning I was there were also dirty dishes in the sink with food crusted to it and the countertops were sticky it looked like no one had been there in a while because all of the air conditioners were covered with foam and garbage bags so the rooms were hot. "We had a good night sleep in a cozy room and comfortable bed. John was very warm and friendly and had a wealth of information to share. Jeannette prepared a delicious breakfast complete with freshly ground coffee. We will definitely recommend the Holidae House B and B to our friends and will return here if we travel this way again."

"Sunday River is a cozy, friendly place to stay. The staff was helpful and attentive. I had the pool, hot tubs and gym all to myself. The rooms and appliances are dated yet functional. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was pleasant."

"The rooms were very spacious, clean, and well maintained. Close to plenty of hiking trails. We stayed one night before starting our hiking and camping weekend but decided to forego our ovenight camping plans and ended up booking another night at the hotel instead! The staff was wonderful, kind, and genuinely pleased to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again."
