Easily located. Nicely decorated. Front desk very nice. Unfortunately they put us by the housekeeping and laundry room. The constant noise of the door closing loudly didn’t live up to the name “ comfort inn”. The pillows were too soft and the bed quilt was way too thin. The continental breakfast was terrible! Eggs yuck, no meats, j2 of the juices out, hot water for tea was not hot! Needless to say I will never go back!

When we checked in the room. It has awful smell, seems like the sewer has exploded in the bath tub. This makes me wonder if they even clean the room beforehand.

The hotel was in a very convenient location to anything a traveler would need, from shopping to restaurants to things to do. The hotel was very clean. The lobby was very inviting with the coffee and fireplace, and comfortable seating. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

These are suites w a kitchenette. No flatware glasses or plates. Had to ask the front desk. Got glasses and a plastic knife and fork packet. When asked why there were no kitchen items was told people steal them so they don’t supply anymore. Beds were a bit lumpy and sheets not very soft. Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and maintenance came and said it was broke and could come back and fix but we said nevermind and just used the one in the living room socket. Lots of room in these rooms though

It can be frustrating to not have basic amenities like flatware, glasses, and plates in the kitchenette, and to find out that they are not being provided anymore due to Hilton changing their portfolio. The lumpy beds and not-so-soft sheets must have added to your discomfort as well. It's good to know that the rooms are spacious, though. Nonetheless, it's always recommended to communicate your feedback to the hotel management so that they can take necessary steps to improve the experience of their guests. Nice family trip
The heat in our room was defective and would not turn off. It was like we were being cooked. We had to change rooms at 4:30am. We love this hotel, its a great location and is very clean. The staff are great and helped us right away.

The only place I like to stay
Super-clean. Super comfy bed and pillows. Fantastic breakfast--so many choices. Just wish they would add plain yogurt as an option. Nice that they always have coffee and tea in the lobby day or night. Friendly front desk staff as well as breakfast and cleaning staff. Always cheerful.

A disappointment
I stay at the hotel several times a year. This latest visit, though, was disappointing as the condition of the room was less than acceptable: a seldom flushing toilet, heat that was unable to be regulated, and a shower head that sprayed in multiple directions.

The heaters are loud in these older hotels so that isn't good. The bed was comfortable and staff was nice. The couch bed could use a thicker blanket now that its cold - had to request a 2nd one from front desk. On that note, the Air Conditioner was on in our room when we arrived so room was cool- had to turn onheat -its December. Location is quiet and parking easy.

Christmas Eve in Bethlehem
We usually stay in Clinton on our way home from Rhode Island but changed up for Christmas Eve. Very nice hotel. Great front desk staff, clean, loved the bathroom, good breakfast too. Only negatives scratchy sheets and skimpy pillows.
