"We booked this hotel because it was so close to an event we had booked at ZipWorld 5 minutes away, so not only was this a convenient stay but it turned out to be a luxury treat! The hotel surpassed our expectations and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Amazing food at the restaurant and a great selection of drinks at the bar….especially the Headliner Welsh whiskey! ☺️"

"Room was clean but stuffy due to heat, even with window open. A fan would have helped, and enabled closing the window to cut late night noise from outside. Staff were good and food was good. They were happy to allow me to leave my car on the hotel car park after checkout so we could go out for te mornimg"
