"Absolutely loved this gem of a hotel in St Moritz. Reception staff were great from the minute we walked in, making us feel welcome and providing us with lots of advice on the local area. We were helped by Francesca and a man whose name we did not get unfortunately. Our room decor was ‘quirky’ but very clean and the beds were very comfortable, we slept very well. Breakfast at this hotel is wonderful. Great good choices and a better than average coffee machine. Lovely atmosphere that meant we spent a long time over our breakfast. Top tip that we only discovered too late. If you are arriving by train- Head left out of the train station for the escalator to help alleviate some of the hill walking! We would love to come and stay at this hotel again and thoroughly recommend it."

"A rather small and awkward attic room, but clean and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was nothing to write home about but we used the restaurant once and the good was great. Lovely staff and nothing to really complain about... But still not as good as we expected."
