"On site parking is non-existent, they do offer parking in the building across the street for $40/day, and you end up on the wrong side of that other building and have to walk around the block to get back to the hotel.
The room itself looks real nice at first glance, as long as you don't look too close. The wall below the ac unit is cracked and bumpy from either improper installation or drainage, with a bluish discoloration dripping down. The light telling you the temperature is so bright at...
"Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."
"The staff was very friendly; the restaurant/ bar had great views and food. There are hydration machines on every floor for water and ice. These machines are goofy and iffy if they work. I tried multiple floors in case our floor was a dud. I found it very weird ( not a huge issue) that there is no brochure or anything in your room with any information for the hotel at all. Want to know how to check out ? Better ask because there is no info. want to know about local attractions? nope nothing....
"I believe you can tell a lot about a property by the thickness of its toilet paper. Well… it was quite thin..

- Toilet had NOT been cleaned properly from the previous guest, which unfortunately, upset me and affected my entire stay.
- Check-in staff seemed “irritated” by my basic questions, not a great first impression.
- No daily room service.
- No in-room coffee or tea facilities.

"A well located, charming boutique hotel in BH. Easy access to everything and convenient parking on site. Room was comfortable, bathroom and shower a little small (but who spends a lot of time in there?). We really enjoyed the charm of this place."
"I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the Beverly Terrace. Location was perfect, the property was well-maintained and clean, and the staff was absolutely incredible. More specifically, Veronica and Sam at the front desk were particularly helpful. I also enjoyed dining at café Amici on property the food and the ambience were fantastic. This was my first stay at the property and I will be definitely returning in the future!"
