"My stay in the hotel, I will give it 1 stars . The swimming pool was not working/ they deny my children access to use the pool. As they said the water need testing.I saw bed bugs pop on the sofa mattress, I took pictures and show it to receptionist which they apologised. Later fix it. But my children refused to sleep on the bed. Also when I left the room for the cleaner to come in and fix the bed. On my way to airport as I was rushing to catch my flight, just realised I couldn’t see my 2 Pandoras bracelet, they were not in my hand bag anymore . Remember I only stayed one night. The only time I left the room was when the cleaners came in to fix the bed. One night stay I lost my 2 Pandora bracelet and channel earring. So sad. This is the first time I am experiencing this. So bad."
