The food at the breakfast as well as the restaurant (which included a limited menu 24/7 for room service) was excellent. The airport shuttle/taxi was on time and a very kind, friendly gentleman was my driver. I didn’t understand the directions to meet with him at the airport but he and the hotel waited for me until I could figure it out. (My phone died and I was quite tired.) First time at Mumbai! The hotel was clean and secure."
