Great Hotel
Excellent hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. The experience is great. Beach is great, so is the swimming pool. We had a few misunderstandings which was handled professionally and made right by the staff. I would go again, if not every year!

Our stay was disapointing. We booked the junior suit. Very small not like a suit. Room 521. Escalator extramly noisy beside the room. Hotel is very old. Breakfast and dinner room looks ugly like a cantine. Buffet dinner not eatable but very expensive. Glass of vine very very expensive. For 5 days you get only one beach towel. For more you have to pay. Very nice beach bar however the tost was not eatable. Spa had no operating shower. Steam sauna was not operating. We refused to pay for the Spa use which was accepted. Hotel is very nicely located . Nice beach. .

Wonderful Hotel for the Beach and Wine Tours
Came to do wine tours and relax. Was a great location at the beach to do both. Recommend getting the breakfast package, great buffet

Excellent all round.
As it was end of season it was very quiet so we had swimming pool to ourselves mostly. Despite EoS hotel didn't feel tired and staff were still enthusiastic. All grounds and infrastructure of high quality and food in restaurant high standard and good value. We are planning to stay there again in future which is true measure of quality.

i want to return!
great family resort! highlight of our trip.. we might have been the only family from the states there, seems like mainly italians and swiss. Great buffet.. kids pool and small bar and grill by the pool were very nice.

The Caribbean in Tuscany
We were in the chianti region the first week, and stayed at the Marinetta the second week of our vacation in Italy. My husband and I wanted a place by the beach and within a one hour drive of some sightseeing activities. This was perfect. One hour to Popolunia going south or one hour to Pisa going north. Beach and the two pools were clean and well maintained, washroom and showers by the beach for hotel guests. Buffet dinners were varied daily. I had a Tuscan fish stew at the The Ombra della Sera Restaurant (a la carte) that was one of the best meals I had during my 2 week vacation. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, although the walls could do with some art work. The reason I gave the room a 3 not a 4-5 was that you could hear every step and noise from the adjacent rooms. The people occupying the adjacent rooms were early risers and were awake every morning by 6:00 am. We could hear them walking, talking, chairs scraping the floor and the water running. It was loud enough to wake us up. The front desk staff all spoke English but the rest of the staff spoke very little or no English at all (not a big deal since you are in Italy after all). This is a family hotel, so be prepared to eat dinner with small children around you even if you are in the The Ombra della Sera Restaurant. Overall we were very happy to have stayed there.

As a family of 4, we were utterly disappointed that the "family room" was so small. We were literally on top of each other, (not to mention the bed bugs my husband was convinced were in our bed). Although the hotel tried to accommodate us with another room, the bottle line is the pictures on their sites for the rooms are not exactly what is seen in reality. Also, there is only one restaurant on site the the next decent one is about 25 minutes away. The pools were great and the beach was beautiful. The only downside was the room and thank goodness we were not in it very much!

Poor wifi. Pools close very early (7pm for outside ones, 8pm for small inside one). Good breakfast and dinner buffet. Clean hotel but felt it was poor value and wasn't as relaxing as I expected

Wouldn't stay there again!
Nice staff. Rooms were too small & the showers were very tiny. I'm petite & had to leave the door open while showering. I also stayed in the newest tower, very noisy hallway, can hear every door when they open & shut, people walking & talking. Indoor pool is only for the spa usage. Both pools close at 7:00pm, bummer because the sun was still out at 9:00pm.

Our time In Marinietta.
At first we jad problem cóż room was rady for 4 ppl and bikini was for 4,but they chance it imidiatly. I rodny like that pool was obły for 12 yo , my Kids was disspointed. See 5 min away, but first line been Paid plus 10 e. Im glad i could be there, there was arranged plays for Kids, animations.

Great Hotel
We had a great time and the hotel was magnificent. The restaurant had an all you can eat buffet which was very reasonable in price. The food was spectacular for adults and children. The beach was very clean and the atmosphere was tranquil. Highly recommended hotel for all ages.

Lovely two night stay in October
We stayed at Hotel Marinetta for two nights in October and we were really pleasant surprised at how great the hotel was! The lobby is bright and nicely furnished, and the receptionist who checked us in was impressively multi-lingual and very helpful. We stayed in an 'Elegance' room in the Torre and it was impeccably clean with modern furniture and a comfortable bed, as well as a smaller side room where a third person could sleep - we used this to store our luggage as we were travelling as a couple and it gave us a lot more extra space in our room. The breakfast buffet in the morning has a lot of hot and cold options, from bacon and eggs to pastries and fruit, so you were spoiled for choice and still plenty left when we arrived late in the breakfast slot. The 'Fun' pool is heated in off season so we enjoyed this during the day with the last of the sunshine. The only downside to our stay was that we visited in off-season (8-10th October) which meant the majority of shops and restaurants in Marina di Bibbona were closed - would love to visit when the season is in full swing!

we didn,t stay due to an oversight i.e they didn,t know of us or the booking, but they did have another hotel for us to go to f.o.c there was a big wedding, i wonder if that had an influence, they paid for the horel and we also gpt a refund of our original payment , other than that the hotel looked nice , i wish we could have stayed there

Urlaub in der Toskana
Leider war unser Zimmer direkt neben dem Aufenthaltsraum des Personals und morgens ab 7:00 Uhr war das Geräusch des Personal und der Tür sehr störend. Des Weiteren wurde im Foyer und an der Bar in der Nähe unseres Zimmer mit Reinigungsarbeiten bereits um 7:00 Uhr begonnen, was auch störend war. Des Fitnessraum kann nicht als dieser bezeichnet werden, da für Krafttraining nur ein Hantelset 5-10 kg vorhanden war. Das andere Multigerät für Krafttraining war die ganze Zeit defekt. Weitere 3 Cardiogeräte waren auch vorhanden. In den meisten Hotels werden Fitnessgeräte vernachlässigt und nicht gewartet. Das Frühstück war klasse und hatte für jeden was zu bieten. Dort haben wir nichts vermisst und war mit 10 zu bewerten. Allerdings war das Abendessen, das wir nur einmal buchten, nicht gut. (Büffettform) Liegen am Pool und Strand waren komfortabel und reichlich vorhanden.

Wir haben von dem relativen hohen Preis wesentlich mehr erwartet. Abgesehen von der alten Anlagen und lächerlicher Aminationsprogrammen finden wir das unprofessionelle Personal am schrecklichsten. Sie ziehen sich nur schick an, wurden aber offenbar nicht für ein kundenorientiertes Verhalten ausgebildet. Sie stellen jeden Tag eine Frage ob alles in Ordnung ist, sind aber keinerlei verbesserungsbereit. Beispiel: unser Zimmer wurde an einem Tag nicht gereinigt. Als ich mit der Managerin darüber sprach, meinte sie sofort, dass wir bestimmt noch im Zimmer waren, als das Reinigungspersonal das Zimmer reinigen wollte, also selbstschuld. Zweites Beispiel: Der Fuß von meinem vierjährigen Sohn wurde eingeklemmt unter der Automatischen Drehtür. Ich war so erschrocken, habe gleich die Tür in die Gegenrichtung gedrückt und zu den zwei Damen in der Rezeption (3 Meter entfernt) laut gerufen, die Tür stoppen! Erst nachdem ich mindestens 5 mal gerufen habe, kam eine langsam spartiert und hat die Stopptaste getätigt. Ich war sehr sauer wegen ihrer langsamen Reaktion, sie sagte zu mir, die Stopptaste ist ja doch da! Abgesehen davon, dass die Stopptaste für Leute mitten in den Drehbereich weder sichtbar noch erreichbar war, war ich fast verrückt von derartigen Ausrede für ihre fehlende Hilfsbereitschaft. Übrigens, Trotz der 400€/Nacht (nur mit FS) darf man für die Liegen in der ersten Reihe 25€ und zweiten 15€/Tag zahlen. Uns wurde gesagt: es ist halt der Preis in der Hochsaison!

Für Badeferien alles da, was es braucht. Guter Service, sehr freundliches Personal und sehr zuvorkommend. Einzig die Badekappenpflicht im Pool ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und störend.

Dejligt sted, rummeligt værelse, ren, sikkert og trygt, gratis delvist overdækket parkering. Lækkert godt udvalgt ift morgenmad. Privat strand til hotellets gæster. Eneste minus for os var, at man skal have badehætte på i deres pools. Meget familie venligt, kan varmt anbefales
