"Stayed at the location for 2 nights and paid for a "superior" room. Reported that the ceiling light didn't work and upon switching on the wall light, the lamp came out of the wall and was only still attached by insulated wires. Reported it to reception and asked if someone could look at it the following ..."

"Inchecken ging moeizaam. We moesten borg betalen terwijl de kamer vooraf betaald was. De borg zou verrekend worden met het eten. Maar bleek niet mogelijk te zijn. Waardoor we dat direct moest betalen in de restaurant/bar. Kamer/badkamer was schoon en groot. Er was geen airconditioning wat jammer ..."
