"My reservation was for 4 guests in a room with one king bed and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, the sofa bed was not prepared and did not have any sheets, blankets, or pillows available for use. "Not a horrible place but the floor in our room had a hump in it running the whole length and raised about 1-1/2". Either structural damage or damage from the humidity from the pool being under the room. One of the lights was hanging off the wall. the couch bed was pretty old and not comfortable at all. "I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean when I arrived, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. I also enjoyed the breakfast—it had a good variety and was a nice way to start the day.
