The location of this hotel was quite good, the bus stop was nearby. The room was very clean and all things were very comfortable. The breakfast was also nice.

A very nice stay in Biel. The room was clean and comfortable. They provided extra towels and coffee pods on request and the staff were very helpful. The only small issue was the sauna was not working properly as there was low heat but otherwise the stay was very good.

This was by far the most disappointing experience. We got to the hotel & just left our bags & immediately left to see the city. When we got back we had the time to check on the conditions of the room & noticed that it was dirty. Found some hair on the bathtub and pillows, the floor was sticky. We know this things can happen & thats why we approached the lady on the front desk. She offered to change rooms but told us they would make a downgrade bc they didnt have any rooms like the one we paid for available. We agreed to it but also asked about the fee difference between the rooms & they told us not to worry about it, that they’d find a solution. After the 3 nights, at checkout time we asked about it again. They brought the very unprofessional rude manager to tell us that they wouldn’t be refunding the fee difference because our new room was a “complete mess”. We are delicate & careful people & don’t like leaving our stuff all over the room, so we always leave our stuff well packed and locked. We let them know this couldnt be our case. Even if it was, it is their job to clean the room bc they charge you a fee for that & has nothing to do with receiving as a new guest a clean room. We also let him know about this. And this is when he started talking to us in an aggressive way, telling us to “not behave like animals” referring to how we were complaining & demanding an actual solution. Also called us “sensitive people from Spain” when we’re not even Spanish. FULL REVIEW ON GOOGLE

Bienne côté ville

Hôtel à 2 pas de la vieille ville et pas trop loin (une petite dizaine de min) à pieds de la gare. Ça rallonge le trajet pour le lac mais ça reste jouable en un gros 1/4h. Chambre propre et moderne, élégante. Le non-remplissage du gel douche était toutefois étonnant pour un hôtel de ce standing. Mention spéciale au buffet du pdj, très complet et quali.

Mercure Biel er rett og slett et godt hotell. Flott rom og meget god frokost. Det er også en bar og restaurant på hotellet. Bare 3-4 minutter til gågatene i sentrum. Hotellet anbefales !

Hotel bem mais ou menos, atendimento ok, mas a estrutura do hotel só o térreo é bonito os andares ainda são antigos e os quartos velhos, banheiro com banheira e as toalhas são mais pano de prato do que toalhas péssimo. O café da amanhã é muito bom vale a pena pagar e o bar com drinks espetaculares o atendimento do Caio é perfeito

Bei der Ankunft war der Boden im Zimmer nicht gereinigt. (Haarbüschel, Haarnadel, Schmutz) Nach Beschwerde wurde schnell und gut nachgereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Garageneinfahrt extrem eng, neue Felge verkratzt.
