Who knew Biella was such a sophisticated town. Great art and food. Our hotel was right in the middle of town and also quiet and safe. Highly recommend The Augustus!

Updated, Quiet and Comfortable

This hotel has been updated and was very clean. It is in a very clean and safe place in the city with parking available. The staff was wonderful, the check in staff went over and above to make sure my stay was good. The morning breakfast was well stocked with many options. On my next trip I will happily stay here.

The staff are fabulous. Breakfast was amazing. The driving directions provided by Google link sent us to the pedestrian entrance which was frustrating. Thanks to the help of a local restaurant chef we found the way.

The hotel is family owned. You’ll soon find out that the front desk staff and the dining staff as well as back office are all related. The kids are very nice and hospitable and their English is great - certainly better than my Italian. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated but really no frills and on the small side. Room is a basic double bed with a desk built into the wall and a small fridge. And that’s all there is room for. Bathroom is regular sized. If you don’t expect to spend much time in the room except to sleep, this hotel is well worth it and you won’t be disappointed at all. It’s also very centrally located and walkable everywhere.

Absolutely loved staying at the hotel Augustus! Super central, in the old town area, next to all the restaurants and shops. Loved how clean it is and modern. This is a practical and functional hotel in Biella. The staff is VERY kind, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are clean and simple. My favorite part was the remote blackout shades. The hotel is also quiet and peaceful. If you are simply looking for a space to rest at night - this is a good hotel. If you are looking for a property with all of the amenities and extras - this would not be it (through no fault of the hotel as it is more functional). For another work trip, I would stay here.
