"The room was very clean, bright and updated with a retro vibe. Pleasant surprise to see a fridge with room for an ice bag in freezer. One block walk to beach with access from property. They also had umbrellas and beach chairs & towels for use. Unfortunately with heat, walking to breakfast or downtown wasn’t desirable..and we’re big walkers. But there were good restaurants within 5-10 min drive without having to go to the town centre."

"Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The pools were great. Which the food at the Veranda was a bit better for the price but overall loved the place and our stay."

"The room was very equipped with everything and the staff for excellent. The grounds were very pretty and overall the breakfast was fantastic. What more can I say?"

"Staff was excellent. Great late check-in. The room exceeded our expectations. Tv in each bedroom. Wonderful kitchen and living room. Supper location to the pool from the room. We appreciated the laundry facilities. The place was clean and felt safe. Nice restaurant on site. The only thing we found odd was no lock on the bathroom door. It was a barn door type door. There was assigned parking."

"Location - great! Housekeepers - very friendly and helpful! Room - cute and A/C worked well! Parking - not so great, but the lot down the street a bit was fine Kayaks - not maintained, ie no seats with backrests We used Mike's kayaking on Hickory - close and very affordable"
