"I booked the room because our A/C was out at home. We didn't use the facility as air came back on. (Twice this month I've done this!). No refund due to short notice to cancel."

"Have stayed here a lot over the last four years. Seem to land on the 3rd floor a lot. (maybe try a higher floor) It seems lately the rooms aren't as clean and are starting to look tired. The room had a stale odor (312) And for the first time at check-in and the next morning the lobby had a sour smell like they cleaned carpets and left them too wet. To add to the whining, the food from the casino just wasn't prepared well. Hope they can get things spiffed up, I enjoy staying here. (June 8/9)"

"I was very disappointed! We had 2 rooms reserved there were no hangers in either room and when I called the front desk to request hangers I had to go up to the desk to get them and was only given 3 hangers total. She said that was all she had! The first morning there we realized we had no spare TP roll so we actually had to call for another roll. The floors in the rooms had not been cleaned and were gritty to walk on. The hallways smelled nasty. The mattresses had definitely seen better days....

"Very run down. Hot tub out of order. My room had a musty smoke smell and our floor hallway smelled like wet dog (a service dog was staying on our floor). We paid $278 a night for a one star hotel. Will not be returning!"

"We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean."

"The Crosby is well located next to the river in the center of the bars and restaurants. It looks new and is in good condition. If you are a whiskey aficionado, you might want to make a special trip to Stillwater to taste the whiskies in its tapas and whiskey lounge. On the other hand, if you are in Stillwater for work or as part of an extended road trip, you could consider other hotels in town. The Crosby does not have on-site breakfast or a gym. The rooms do not have a desk or table to sit...

"The room was clean but they did not supply enough towels or wash clothes and when asked, we were not on the list to distribute to that day. Towels were also stained. The reservation was for 3 people, 2-days. The door didn't lock when it closed, we were told to lift up on the door when closing and they have cameras so it was ok. This is a small area and two hotels, based on the outside look, this is the nicer of the two. Compared to prices of hotels in other areas with the 'name brands' this...

"It's an older property and outdated in its decor, but it fit my need for the night just fine. Nothing hot for breakfast on a Saturday morning. While carpet in the room was freshly vacuumed, it had definitely been well used for many years. I didn't use the pool or hot tub, but walked through the pool room and it looked decent enough."

"While we didnt spend much time in our hotel room, we found it clean and comfortable, and a good value. Room #110 king. Pros: Spacious bathroom, and good sized bedroom. Plenty of towels, and toiletries. Refrigerator and microwave convenient. Easy check in and staff was friendly. Plenty of parking.
