This property was dirty. The floor we stayed on smelled like weed. Guests were loud and a tour bus was idling in front of our room until midnight (very loud).

The Villas of Amelia Island
The Villas of Amelia Island is part of the Omni Resort, which is great because you can use the Omni amenities (pool, fitness, beach, etc.). The bad part, though, is that we were assigned a room in Turtle Dunes, which is the farthest villa from the main resort (over a mile away). They do have shuttle ...

Beach 5 Villas - Immaculate 300 steps from the Ocean
Quiet spot just steps from the beach. Your needs are covered with a fully equipped kitchen We kept the front door open so we could enjoy the sound of the waves and cool weather. There is an outside sitting area by your front door. Bed was very comfortable.

Landing Jacksonville
Room hardwares and cleaness very good, but Landing App did not properly work, not easy to link up with the landlord/agent for check-in/check-out process.
