Nous avons resté ici en décembre et j'adore cet hôtel ! The location is excellent and close to the bus station which makes coming and going from the airport or other cities super convenient. The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about diversity and accessibility in design is huge too. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! Bilbao is a great city!

I was impressed by the hotel and the service, it felt more premium than what we paid for, the staff were super helpful and attentive and the room was comfortable and clean , fab location to main attractions too. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice apart from the noise during the night which was because of a disco somewhere and people talking and laughing in the corridors outside of our room. Staff are very nice. Pity about the sleep.
