The first night we arrived in the bar i requested a Cocktail was told it was a bit late for ordering a Cocktail as it was 10-40 pm and the bar closes at 11pm, now i did receive it! Now if a bar is open you should be able to order what beverages you like off the drinks menu. A 11pm is very early for closing a lot of guest arriving back to the Hotel were very disapointed as one guest said to me 1am would be the perfect time for closing

Excellent area to stay in the old city, very walkable. Wasn't told when the room was ready, and the coffee machine in the room didn't work. Wish we had a room with a window!

Great location - the ONLY positive thing about the property. Staff not interested in customer service. Hotel website did not inform us the Rooftop terrace would be closed during our visit, we would have booked elsewhere if we had had prior knowledge of this critical fact.
