"Room was spotless and had great soap products. Room care, bed make-up and towel replacement were awesome. Room had limited hanger and storage space and was really kind of tiny. Bed was comfy but made of two mattresses that drift apart when you turn. Breakfast was just okay. Limited fresh fruit selection. No berries, oranges or bananas. No granola. Staff were great; super helpful, resourceful, friendly and attentive. Location was great. Fairly central."

"La chambre était propre j'ai aimé, sauf que à mon arrivée j'ai un peu galeré,j'ai pas trouvé la réception de l’hôtel,il y'a un numéro de téléphone qu’il faut appeler et du coup la dame au téléphone elle parle seulement espagnol et en tant que touriste et étranger c'est un peu chaud pour se comprendre sur ce qu'elle dit, mais pour le reste j'étais vraiment satisfait. "

"The location is good and it close to supermarket and metro station. You have to climb up stairs every day to reach your room. The building is under renovation and hopefully they will finish it soon (we do not know they are under renovation, otherwise I would not book there) really hot in room when there is heat wave without air conditioning"

"Ein tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, sehr gute Lage, ABER: Hier sollte dringend etwas mit den Türen gemacht werden. An allen vier Seiten große Spalte, sodass - sobald im Flur das Licht angeht - das Zimmer wirklich hell ist. Dazu kommt, dass man dadurch jedes Geräusch vom Flur hört (vor allem den knarzenden Boden und das Laute Schließen der Türen - knallt richtig). Diese - leicht zu lösende - Probleme überwunden, wäre es rundum perfekt!"

"Loud at night (no heavy window shutters to block the noise) due to the square outside, the bathroom door is frosted glass so the whole room illuminates when someone is in there, weird check in process. Location is top though. "

"The location of the rooms are at the top of a long, steep stairway that takes you down, down to the Old Town and tourist areas. The rooms are good, but If you want to see the city you have to look forward to going up and down those steps."
