"Room had an odd smell but it was clean."

"We always stay at this hotel while visiting family in Dayton. Staff is always friendly, the hotel is clean, only downfall is the last 2 visits the pool has been closed both times so the kids were disappointed. Other than that it’s always been a great experiences"

"I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

"Stay 5 days. Breakfast wasnt that great. Had to ask every day to have room cleaned and/or sheets changed. Bathroom not that clean. Tub was slimy on bottom when taking shower. Had to wear flip flops to take a shower. This was first time staying at a Holiday Inn and it will be my LAST. Would not recommend especially this location."

"Love the area. Hotel is nice and clean. Second time staying there and had the same issue as the first time. Exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. Shower head leaked and the spout was really loose. Room was not ready at check in & was told they'd call, but they did not. Expected better from Hilton."

"The breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, 1 toaster, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. Thats about it. No real actual food. No protein. No elevator. Got lock out after a certain time. Had to be buzzed in."

When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air...
