"Was very happy with everything. The Jets on the tub would not work however it was not from like a trying from the staff. They were very kind and very apologetic but that was very minor compared to the exceptional service we received."

"The room was excellent, but the door would not latch. They had to move us to another room. I particularly liked the HVAC the Hyatt has. It is more of a traditional HVAC system rather than a through the wall that is in most hotels. You don't get air blowing on you like you might with a wall unit. The room was very comfortable and we used the laundry that was on site. It happened to be on our floor which was a big plus. The breakfast was great as well. We had a problem with checking since we booked through Expedia as the guy at the desk told us. He was able to get it resolved but it took some time."
