No usb ports We usually choose Holiday Inn because HI has good quality and free breakfast. This was a total disappointment, no breakfast buffet, and aged building. There was no warm feeling - just an overall disappointment for the cost. I wish I would’ve paid $50 more for a different hotel. Or even the cheapest hotel was more updated than this...

"Our hotel stay was extremely pleasant! Caleb (I believe was his name, at the front desk) at the front was very nice. The room was clean and quaint and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day. I highly recommend this establishment. "

It seemed clean, but the outdated and well-used condition of the rooms and common spaces made this hotel fall short of what we typically experience at Best Western properties. Additionally, the front desk staff member announced my room number aloud with several other people standing in line behind me. This made me feel unsafe in my room as this is a major no-no in the industry to protect travelers. "

"Well, not much good things to say, the breakfast was good and plentiful, the property was dirty, there is not an elevator and that information should be posted somewhere before booking, hauling luggage and bowling balls upstairs and one our travel partners has a bad knee. Not a good experience, some staff was friendly, the pool was not open when we got there for some reason not given to us. All in all just an ok experience I would def not return"

"Everything was good except the pool for extremely cold and kids didn’t want to get in. Other guests were there too and complaining of same issue. The hot tub wasn’t hot either. It was just warm. They said it was due to them just having filled it but it took overnight for it to be warm. The pool never did get comfortable enough to swim in. This was the whole reason we stayed here. For our grandkids to swim. Very disappointed. "

"As always the red roof was excellent except for one comment the owner made I was checking in after my brother. We had two rooms and we both have one dog apiece and he had both dogs with him. I was on my way and I called to let them know that I may not be able to get there until the next day allow him to check into my room just in case and he was like oh he has two dogs.
