"Nous avons séjourné durant 4 jours dans cet hébergement.
Le check-in se réalise en autonomie. L’accès à la chambre se fait via un code sur la porte. J'ai donc contacté Steiners pour obtenir ce code, mais après plusieurs échanges, celui-ci n'a pas fonctionné, nous empêchant d'accéder à la chambre. Nous avons donc attendu une heure dans la cage d'escalier jusqu'à ce qu'un employé vienne nous ouvrir…
