Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Birmingham
For two nights we did not have hot water. Only in the morning. We had a take cold fast showers .Also they don’t have housekeeping. They throw the trash away but don’t do the bed or bring clean towels. Front desk not very helpful. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Home2 Suites by Hilton Birmingham Downtown
I first stayed at this Home2 in downtown Birmingham shortly after it was built in 2017 and I've stayed there since because we liked it. It is convenient to UAB.
