Upon arrial, the property on the outside was very clean. Walking in, the inside was clean also. The front desk attendant was outside on break and as I was walking through the door he came in very quickly and checked me in promptly. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable about the hotel. Room was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Our group booked this hotel and it was closed. It had a fence around it. The hotel had closed a month before we booked our trip on hotels.com. We couldn't stay in a hotel that is closed. It took to many phone calls and emails to get our money funded.

The hotel was closed and boarded up when we arrived. Even though it let us check in and select our room online that day. Expedia couldn’t confirm it was closed with Hilton and put me through hours of customer service calls so I couldn’t get transferred to the department that rebooks. Had to squeeze in to a teammate’s room reservation as everything was booked in the area. No one In Our group of 6 reservations was notified the hotel closed 2-3 weeks prior. Expedia did. Nothing to compensate me.

I reserved a king with a pull out sofa. When I arrived, I was told the property does not offer this type of room. If I had know this, I would not have made the reservations. Seems very misleading!!!
