"The staff are so friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely furnished. I appreciated the lighted makeup mirror and the vanity area. It’s an excellent choice for a nice getaway."

"Front desk worker was nice and helpful. Housekeeping was no good, our blanket on the bed had dried blood on the top of it. I was given a replacement, but had to go downstairs and grab it myself, and they didn’t have extra covers. It was noted on the registration that there were four guests, which our room slept… but we only were given two towels. The shampoo and body wash bottles in our shower were bone dry, the couch bed had crumbs EVERYWHERE, and the extra sheets for it looked like they had been through it. No towels available in the pool area. I only saw one worker the entire weekend and it was SO busy. Also, the ceiling above (and I’m assuming below) the ice machines were not okay, stained and peeling from leaks. Overall disappointing, but not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."

"They couldn’t find our reservation due to Expedia, there was someone else’s trash in our room when we got to our room, the room wasn’t the room I reserved, I asked for a bathtub and there was a dirty shower, the ice bucket had water in it from the previous guest. I will say the staff was very nice and offered us a free breakfast which was not worth the $18 we would’ve had to pay to eat there. "

"Staff was friendly but there was an odd smell in the check in area the whole time we were there. We had to fix our own tv to get the cable to work because no one was there to help us. I wish this place had a free breakfast but then again we had to leave each morning before the breakfast bar opened for tournament games. The rooms were extremely noisy and could hear everything that happened in the halls and next door. Beds were comfortable and shower was hot."

"We paid for a room with two queen beds but when we arrived the staff member stated that “he” had tried to figure it out but they didn’t have anymore two bed rooms. Instead of calling us and allowing us to cancel or reimburse us for the extra amount we paid to have two beds it was just an “oh well” deal with it. There were 4 of us including our oldest daughter who is 23 weeks pregnant. It was a last minute booking due to a death in our family so we were already worn thin and then this was not a place of rest and recharging for the traveling we needed to do the next day. I asked for a roll away bed and we were given the most disgusting roll away bed I have ever seen. The lady at the front desk was the only nice thing about the hotel. She brought us the extra sheets and blankets we requested. The room itself smelled horrible and musty/damp. The carpet was filthy. The shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. It was an all around awful experience to add to the sadness we were already feeling with traveling for a funeral."

"Check-in process was lengthy -- clerk must have been trainee as she didn't know how to use the computer system. Room smelled like dog sweat, which, unfortunately, is common in lodging nowadays because of the trend to pet friendly hotels. Blood stain on sheet indicates that the sheets weren't laundered between guest stays. There wasn't enough hot water during morning shower, as the shower turned cold even on the hot setting. Many other guests at the hotel were rowdy -- they behaved like hoodlums and parked in the driveway blocking access to other cars and blocked them from backing out of their parking stalls. I suspect that this hotel housed guests long term under some kind of government welfare program, judging by their appearance and behavior."
