Hotel staff were so lovely, even though I was so rude; I felt terrible. Room was a little awkward with the sink outside the bathroom. The only downside is the location - in a dusty backstreet, far away from everything

Ett fantastiskt fint hotell med stort trevlig rum och hjälpsam personal, det var stor frukost behövde inte äta lunch efter den. De som var lite tråkigt att det var en bit att gå till restauranger och annat. Men det var tryckt och lugnt istället.

The hotel is well located and the view out of the front rooms is of the mountains. The staff try very hard to make all things right for the quests. The breakfast was clean, plentiful and enjoyable. I will be back without question as it has all the most will need in Bishkek.

The hotel is superb and extremely cosy adding that their staff hospitality is indeed beyond expectations. They all speak English well. I personally credit to Mr Sultan and Mr Dustan who made me feel a lot more welcome and warm. Trust me, their service is on par with any renowned world hotel. I urge everyone to seek experience with Art Hotel when you are in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Comfy Hotel, Amazing Staff...

Rooms are good, clean & practical. Staff is really cooperative and can understand & speak English. Most of the places are 10-15 minutes drive away, so no issues with commuting from this hotel. Internet speed is really good. The only let down is its restaurant menu, which has very very limited items listed, even breakfast has limited options to choose from. But you can order food from restaurants nearby, which are not expensive. Otherwise amazing staff, very helpful. Art Hotel, is must recommended.

Had a great experience staying here. My friend and I only stayed one night - we had been in the Issyk-Kul region and had an early morning flight out so decided to stay in Bishkek to make getting to the airport easier. Art Hotel was perfect for this - they even arranged a free taxi for us to the airport. The hotel is attractive and well designed, with nice touches like robes and slippers in the room. We had dinner in the restaurant and quite enjoyed our meal. The front desk staff even gave us breakfast boxes to go as we were leaving in the morning, which was a lovely surprise. We didn’t venture out of the hotel, so I can’t speak to its convenience location-wise if you’re looking to explore Bishkek, but it was perfect for our needs. Would stay here again.

It was quiet. Rooms are very nicely designed! Felt more personal than in a big hotel. The 4 HUGE reasons we loved your hotel are 1) the staff were smiling from the bottom of heart, especially it makes sense in the morning when they are really interested in how was your night, and how YOU ARE. 2) very good and comfortable location! I liked that fact that your hotel is the first Hotel on the way to the city from airport; it really makes easy many things. 3) also loved your curtains from black opaque materials, that was good to sleep even if during the day! 4) and finally, I liked your individual trekkings with polite guides! Thank you for those great additions!
