위치좋은 호텔

호텔시설은 조금 낡았지만 잘 관리되어서 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 특히 침구가 포근하고 깨끗해서 매우 므음에 들었습니다. 조식 뷔페 음식도 맛있고 과일종류도 많아서 너무 좋았습니다. 위치도 쇼핑몰이나 시내 주요 관광지와 가까워 너무 편리했고요. 다만 직원들의 서비스태도와 룸 클리닝 상태가 매우 아쉬웠습니다. 둘째날 오후에 외출하고 돌아오니 수건 교체 및 휴지통만 비워져 있고 다른 곳은 청소되지 않았습니다. 샤워실 배수구 쪽 청소가 안되어 샤워할 때 물이 원활하게 빠져나가지 않았습니다. 저녁식사하러 나가면서 리셉션에 배수 문제에 대해 말하고 신속히 고쳐줄 것을 요청했고 밤 10시가 지나서 호텔로 돌아왔는데 객실 문이 활짝 열려있고 화장실에서 담배 냄새도 났습니다. 물론 샤워실 배수는 여전히 원활하지 않았습니다. 리셉션에 내려가 상황을 전달하니 룸 청소하는 사람 외엔에는 객실에 아무도 들어갈 수 없다고만 말하며 이 문제에 대해 전혀 미안함을 표현하지 않았습니다. 요청한 배수 문제도 해결하지 않았고 손님의 객실 문이 외출 후 돌아왔을 때 열려있었으면 최소한 미안하다고는 해야하는데 자기들은 모르는 일이라고만 하더군요. 결국 밤 10시 넘어서 룸 청소하시는 분이 오셔서 배수구 커버 열고 먼지를 제거하고 나서야 배수문제는 해결되었지만 배수구에서 꺼낸 머리카락과 먼지뭉치들을 샤워실 바닥에 그대로 두고 나갔고 나가면서 객실문을 닫지 않고 활짝 열고 나가서 또 한번 황당했습니다. 좋은 호텔의 명성에 맞게 직원들의 친절함과 서비스 정신도 함께 갖추길 기대합니다.

날 벌레가 나와

호텔의 분위기는 무겁고 어두운 느낌이다. 조식은 그럭 저럭 괜찮게 먹을 수 있었다. 다만, 화장실 샤워 부스 바닥에 물이 배수되지 않아 찜찜했고 세면기 배수구와 수도 꼭지에서 하수구 벌레가 많이 나와서 매번 잡아야 했다. 다시 가고 싶지는 않다.

Современное здание. Останавливался в улучшенном одноместном номере. Номер просторный, хорошо отремонтирован. Есть большой телевизор со множеством каналов. Есть небольшой рабочий стол. Есть уголок для отдыха - столик и кресло. Есть холодильник, чайник, принадлежности для чая/кофе. WiFi хороший. Санузел просторный, есть принадлежности для душа, фен, халат, тапочки. Есть сейф. Кровать удобная. Каждый день дают две бутылочки воды по 0,5 л. Завтрак оценить трудно - из-за Ковида один день его приносили в номер по предварительному заказу, обычный ассортимент. В другой день был шведский стол - ассортимент обычный, но голодным не останетесь. Хорошее преимущество отеля - отличное расположение - 5 мин. пешком от центральной улицы и центрального магазина и мест, где можно поесть.

Good business hotel. While breakfast buffet needs a bit of improvement, the very customer-oriented staff more than makes up for any small deficiencies. Would definitely stay here again.
