"A great and very comfortable place to stay for a layover or a couple of days in Addis. The hotel and rooms present very high-end and are spotless and comfortable. The staff were a little aloof and not engaging ... but also not rude, just a neutral experience with the staff."

"The Hotel is cozy and comfortable, perfect to wind down in after a long day. What really makes it come alive are the staff, who are very kind, professional, and helpful. Design and facilities are also of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travelers who are looking for a nice place to stay in Addis. "

"Send mail for airport shuttle service both 3 weeks ahead and 3 days ahead of arrival never got an answer, requested shuttle to airport at the end of the stay and it arrived 30 minutes late even if requested the day before, room was with "all inclusive" of beverage, snacks which was never delivered, they tried to say that the all inclusive was the breakfast even if it was mentioned separate on the confirmation from the hotel, after finally got some coffee powder for the room after day 2 the...

"The photos make the hotel look better than in actuality. It caused me to change my plans and look elsewhere for accomodation.
However, it is close to the airport, the shuttle worked well and the staff were lovely and accomodating. It is alright for a stopover but not for a long stay.
