"The front desk staff is wonderful, particularly Shawn who carried my two heavy suitcases all the way to my room, and Cian who fetched two water bottles for us as we were leaving because we’d slept through breakfast and my daughter was thirsty. "Room was fine, food at the restaurant was great. The hallways were quite dark on our floor maybe environmental that way? Word of advice is don’t try and leave between say 4 and 6:30pm as traffic is at a standstill then. Found out after that’s just Galway traffic at that time."

"We were met by Wolfgang, a very friendly, talkative chap, who showed us all around the common areas of the property and then to our room. The setting is lovely - beautiful Irish countryside - although the drive down the narrow lanes to access the property was a bit hairy. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the shower and bathroom were adequate. It was such a peaceful place! Unfortunately, we had to leave too early to partake in breakfast."
