"The hotel needed better management as far as cleanliness and they lack the ability to make the guest aware of their amenities. We were looking forward to using the pool but they fail to mention that the pool wasn’t available due to maintenance issues. This was disappointing and I had to ask if they could accommodate us in anyway and the front desk had no suggestions but for us to stay at another Fairfield 20 miles away."

"A/C issues while we were there, but the rooms were fine and unaffected. Only the halls were hot and they had fans on. We did not receive room service such as cleaning rooms and restocking of towels; I even asked for this. I spent some time at the pool. The pump was not on, the pool was cloudy, and was not well cleaned. However, the staff that day was great!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and everything was up-to-date. The AC was also very quiet , which is rare in hotels like this. I very much appreciated having a pool. And while the pool was in good shape, It didn't seem like anyone had come and straighten it up in a day or two. The towels didn't get replenished , and there were old towels In the same spot , all three days , and there was a little food on the deck too."
