"Upon arrival. The receptionist didn’t have our reservation. Then the person in charge of the apartment said they never received a booking from Expedia and that our reserved apartment was occupied by another guest. "It was an excellent experience the staying at the Montserrat Hotel. I liked the professional behavior of the concierges and the owner. Very relax atmosphere. No noise at all from anybody or the whole neighborhood. Everything when it comes to restaurants, shopping just nearby simply by walking.
