"This is a charming, reasonably priced hotel in a nice neighborhood. It’s less than half a mile from the cruise terminal, which is extremely convenient, if you’re flying into Seattle the night before a cruise.
My favorite thing about this place, however, was the staff. They were friendly, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.
Autumn was particularly nice and made an excellent recommendation for a local restaurant, which was amazing.
Highly recommended."

"Worst hotel experience I’ve had. The problems started before I even checked in. There was no self-parking available, only valet, which cost an outrageous $62 per day.
I originally booked through Expedia without any issues, but when I needed to extend my stay, I booked the additional nights directly through the hotel. "The location was fantastic to our port. We were able to walk to Pikes Market as well as the cruise ship on the day of departure.
