"I should have read the fine print about the pool and hot tub. Not convenient to go to the fitness center across the parking lot to get to it. But overall the rooms were clean."

"The room was comfortable, clean and well laid out. The mattress was comfortable and there was a top sheet to regulate temperature. Was able to open the window a crack but was still safe due to a safety catch that wouldn't allow it to be easily opened wider. The staff were great and helpful. The facility had stairs so I didn't have to rely on the elevator except to take my suitcase up and down."

"Awful hotel experience! Had to fight to get the typ of room we booked. 1st one smelled like smoke and was filthy. 2nd one was better, but still had many things wrong. Cant use the water slide unless you pay extra money even though that's not how it's advertised. Worst hotel experince ever, couldn't wait to leave! Will never stay again! My advice, run!"

"We arrived after a long day of travel with our pets. The employee at the front desk, Chris, was kind, accommodating, and jovial. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. The hotel was extremely clean, well stocked and maintained, and the breakfast was unusually good for a free hotel meal! Highly recommend this hotel for your stay."
