"The property was okay, rooms were decently updated. The restaurant attached was a little overpriced for what we received. Staff at front desk were a little cold to approach however, the rest of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I was not expecting it to be right off the freeway. And the bar closes pretty early. "

"Clean room nice and quiet. Parking was close and safe. Friendly staff."

"Spacious, well equipped suites. Comfortable beds. Large flat screen tv in both the bedroom and living room. Included breakfast is very good with many hot and cold items available. Only downsides are that some of the furnishings in our room are beginning to show their age and should be replaced. Also, when our room was cleaned, only one new towel was provided for the two of us, and whoever cleaned the room also removed the soap bar we had brought with us."

"Very clean room, large and open lobby. Freshly ground coffee available 24/7 in the lobby. Underground parking. Happy hour with complimentary beverage. Very personable manager and reception. Wonderful pool area!!! We will be coming to Walnut Creek 3-5 times a year and will plan to stay here all the time now. "

"Best hotel I've stayed at this season in terms of cleanliness, amenities (good pool, great M-Club), comfortable rooms. Pain in the butt to get luggage to the rooms however, there were no carts available or anyone interested in helping. The staff at the front desk were not very polished and did not seem to have a desire to help customers beyond basics of checking in. They didn't want to give me more than one extra blanket per bed. I sleep cold and their blankets are very thin. Not sure how anyone sleeps in Northern California with such thin blankets. I wound up freezing at night despite the heat on, I didn't want it too dry."

"Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Hot water in bathroom required patients but overall a satisfactory stay. Parking felt safe and well lit. Nice Gym and Pool. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Stacked with plenty of options."
