"Do not stay at this place. The pictures do not do it justice, I ended up leaving after a couple of hours with the noise, smell and overall condition."

"No ice. Smelled like pot. Bathroom tub in useable. Sheets with cigarette stains. Bathroom counter broken. Air conditioning not on u til arrived. Poor smell. Felt unsafe. This is apartment complex va hotel."

"The hotel looks like a dump on the outside. People hanging around outside the rooms, smoking, drinking, listening to music, and being loud. Floor not swept or mopped inside the rooms, bedsheets looked used, and there was a dirty towel hanging."

"The room had a locker room Oder that hit immediately as I walked in. The hallways were musty as well. No ice machine on any floor. Had to go to the lobby so the attendant could go to their quarters,get ice and pass it to you through the window"

We needed towels & washcloths and front desk said they would bring me some when she could. Never did."

"Amber and the staff helped so much with my grandmother. This is the most hospitable staff I have ever experienced . We’re from Atlanta and I almost switched our hotel and I’m so glad I didn’t. If I ever have to come back to Rockford this is where we are staying. Thanks again!!!"

"They are currently remodeling - every floor and lobby. Breakfast was served and was just fine. However, there were workers sanding (wearing a mask) in the hallways while customers were walking by. Some sanding was going on near the breakfast area. Our room was perfectly fine - except for one thing. Our hallway was not air conditioned. Workers were hanging wallpaper. Our room was cool but VERY damp. I first thought the sheets hadn't been dried completely. Everything in the room felt...
