"The entire property was great. Clean, great presentation, polite staff, amenities. Negatives: after cleaning our room, we didn’t have towels. You have to go wait at the front desk for everything- towels, accessories for the game room."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotless and there were plenty of towels and pillows. The only thing we found ourselves needing was a notepad/pen, cups for water (there were only two cups for coffee), and a set of utensils for late-night snacking. It would also be nice if there was a way to contact the front desk staff from the room during operating hours. We had a question about coffee in the morning and realized there wasn't a phone in the room. Aside from those small things, I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was comfortable, very clean, and in a great location for a stay in Leavenworth."
