Amazing property with charm and character. Not your standard cookie cutter chain hotel. Very nicely renovated and decorated with rustic features. Only stayed one night while passing through the area on a longer trip, but would absolutely stay here many times over.

Beautiful hotel with unique, very cool rooms. Staff were great and very friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping! Super easy trek from the New River Trail and they were very welcoming to bikers. Looking forward to my next stay!

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff, the cleanliness of the room and entire property, and let’s not forget the great continental breakfast. We were also able to walk to the nearby brewing company and pizza place which were fantastic. If you are looking for a nice place, this is a must.

The hotel is beautiful, clean & well maintained. It would be a great place for gatheings such as weddings or family reunions. There are places to gather in addition to the rooms.

The room was large and clean but the moment I walked in the room it had a very unpleasant odor !! Don’t know if the carpets need a thorough cleaning but bothered me the entire stay .. also the lighting is very dim could use more light by tv !! Could hear the people walking floor creaking upstairs and tv blaring but I understand that having the beams the ceilings are thin probably nothing can be done with that.. other than those issues the bed was comfy liked the double sinks in bathroom !! Hopefully the town will get more places to eat very limited choices to walk to it has potential with the correct city planning !!

Our stay was very nice. Our room, kitchen area, and bathroom were all very clean. What a cute little town to walk around. The hotel itsself is a really nice place to stay. They kept the charm of history but you can tell it was recently renovated for a fresh look (a nice little mix) I would definitely stay there again.

Great place, location and staff. The facility was wonderful. Only reason I gave it a 4 was there were several trains that came by between 4 and 6 in the morning you could hear. Not extremely loud but loud enough that it might bother a light sleeper. Everything else was fantastic. Staff was extremely helpful.

Did like the aesthetics of bank marble staircases and vault. Not very well showcased with eating tables in front of it. Room quite clean and neat. Beds sorta small and a bit soft. Initial impression negative from trying to unload luggage on busy street, to homeless near unloading zone, to paying extra for parking, and to not providing breakfast. Frankly hallways were dirty and old. Just a bit more care and maybe updating floor there would not put us off from the get -go. (Hard to push luggage rack over flooring changes.). I did love the view from room. Honestly, the worst was the noise from street racing and loud music as people drove by til very late.

Convenient location off the interstate in a small town. Very easy to find local food and convenience store. I love the renovation of the cannery to a boutique hotel. It was very nice with a large room, double sinks, and nice furniture. The king bed was ok mattress wise. Very clean, comfortable. Looked like a restaurant might be coming soon.

Beautiful property, is a renovated canned food warehouse- well done with beautiful exposed brick and beams. Large rooms. Well decorated and appointed. Great shower pressure. Delightful breakfast downstairs. A true gem- will definitely stay here again.

This place is wonderful. The open beamed ceilings and exposed brick walls are great. The room was spacious (two vanities in the bathroom!), spotlessly clean, and well-furnished. Buffet breakfast was okay. Just what you expect, but fresh and the breakfast area was clean.
