"I had a single room and it was great value for what I paid. However, the room is small and on reflection I should have got the next size up room. Location was excellent - 5 minute walk to train station which was one stop from Central. Also a short walk to Woolies, shops and restaurants. Free Nespresso machine (seemed to be always turned on) and breakfast snacks on level 1 were very convenient."

"It was centrally located to so many things that I needed. The central transportation for Australia stopped right across the street. Grocery store within two blocks or less. KFC McDonald’s and so much more. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Everything was very very very clean. It was an Excellent Experience altogether"

"Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Our second bedroom was locked but they sent maintenance straight up to our room to open it up. Even with the planes overhead, the rooms are very quiet and no need for the ear plugs that are provided."

"Arrived to be told they would hold a bond of $200 for 5-10 days which is most unacceptable. No help whatsoever from reception and we had to wait 30 minutes while the staff behind the desk were working between 2 properties and the desk was unmanned. I would not recommend this property at all. The room had not been cleaned properly and when leaving the next morning the reception just took the key without any words whatsoever, just SO RUDE. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTIES!!"
