" Faded Victorian excellence trying to satisfy today's tourists and not quite managing it (building is over 190 years old). Our double room was more like a single room. Buffet breakfasts Ok, dinners no more than average. Car parking difficult!"

It’s was a king sized bed so we thought it will be fine However the mattress well well worn no support. Both off us could not get Comfortable. "Very pretty buildings! It’s a good location walkable to things in Bangor. Lots of parking. The room however didn’t have AC and it got very hot in late afternoon. The room was clean and comfortable and had a desk. Sound was a little noisy from people talking in the central courtyard area. Otherwise this was a comfortable stay overall. "

"Room 3, is a room to be avoided. The window opens only slightly, it is a very warm stuffy room, adding to the temperature of the room is a very large extractor fan which faces towards the window. We had 2 very uncomfortable night’s sleep. Would have liked a milk option on the tea tray."
