"The property is easy to find and beautiful from the start. There is plenty of parking on site. Check in was easy. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and up to date with a large closet for luggage and coats/clothes. The bed was super comfortable with nice crisp clean linens and comfy pillows. Very clean bathroom with a very nice stand up shower. Staff were always friendly, personable, and more than helpful. "The stay at the park in was ok. The curtains in the room were insufficient. With daylight at 4am, the whole room was lit up and made it hard to sleep. I was going to bring up this issue at check out, but was not even asked how my stay was. See attached photos at 4am."

"This is a nice, local, quaint hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in a nice neighborhood it is an excellent choice. If you are attending a conference at the TECCA, this location is about a 15 pound taxi trip each way, but that gives you an opportunity to discuss the world with the local general public. "The check in process took us 3 hours in total. We were not sent the check in instructions and when we tried to call the number listed there was no one connected. After waiting 2.5 hours someone connected and when we managed to talk to her she then couldn’t get the lockbox code which took another 30 minutes "

"Apartment is very modern and well equipped for a short stay or a long stay! Towels and bedding were of high quality, as were fixtures and fittings. Fast flowing shower and fast WiFi. The added smart features give the apartment a very premium feel. Lots of amenities nearby"

"Showing signs of wear and tear. Very poor parking facilities with very hefty charges! When someone parked next to me I could not get in the drivers door. A lot of exterior noise from 6.00am. I was maybe unlucky with situation of room. Bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate. Better options in Aberdeen."
